Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We currently ship only within Europe using the methods available on our website.

Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, a valid physical address is required.

We offer:

– free shipping within Europe on orders over €300 and

– free shipping within Greece.

SHIPPING COSTS

Deliveries of the shipments will be made via courier. 

For orders within Europe:

  • Orders over €300 will be shipped free of charge.
  • Orders under €300 will incur a shipping cost of €20.

Pickup from our premises is also possible by prior arrangement.

  • Credit/Debit card via Viva
  • PayPal via Viva
  • Klarna via Viva
  • Bank transfer to our National Bank of Greece account

 

Please note:

  • Cash on delivery is not available
  • We can issue either a receipt or an invoice, depending on your preference.

ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation. You’ll receive a separate email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Orders placed during weekends or national holidays will be processed on the next business day. We aim to ship all orders within 10 business days, though we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

TAXES & DUTIES

All prices include European VAT.

RETURNS

You may return items within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

Made-to-order, sale or discontinued items are non-refundable. In some cases, we may allow an exchange. If you place a made-to-order request, we’ll email you before production begins. If you choose to continue, production we will start. If you opt out, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which will vary based on your location.

We can arrange the return shipment for you. If you’d like this service, please email us at customercare@morheastudio.com with your order number. We’ll send you a quote and deduct the return shipping cost (typically €25–€50) from your refund.

If you prefer to use your own shipping method, we recommend a trackable service such as DHL or FedEx, or adding shipping insurance. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost or not delivered.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you with confirmation and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days. Partial refunds may be issued for:

  • Items not returned in their original condition, or with missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 15 days after delivery

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1.  Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider — there may be a delay in posting.
  3. Reach out to your bank — processing times can vary.
